Sleep Paralysis

Some people sometimes have experienced numbness or paralysis during sleep is called sleep paralysis. This condition can certainly cause a panic attack. How can I fix this?

Paralysis during sleep (sleep paralysis) is a condition of a person who was lying on his back when just about to fall asleep or wake up but found himself unable to move or speak.

The event could occur within seconds or minutes. During that period someone will be overwhelmed with fear or panic, sometimes accompanied by a variety of fantastic or frightening hallucinations.

I often experienced these days, and after a tour to find out what the cause then I can conclude several ways to overcome this "sleep paralysis".
  1. try to sleep in a relaxed position, when too tired try not to sleep because of excessive fatigue can trigger this syndrome
  2. try to be able to sleep soundly, in the sense of not waking up frequently during sleep or restless
  3. try to be able to sleep in a quiet or have such good air ventilation drafty room
  4. If you experience during sleep paralysis, try to draw a deep breath and expelled by force. This can help a person to wake up.
  5. If you feel will experience sleep paralysis, try to do some kind of movement such as moving the fingers as a form of resistance.
